OMG. I almost lost it when I found out the fantastic news! My bridal bouquets are mentioned in the current issue of Martha Stewart Weddings magazine!!!
My girlfriend texted me one Saturday morning “OMG YOU’RE IN THE MAGAZINE!!” She is planning her wedding and thank god she was reading this issue for ideas, because I had no idea! Suddenly, she just saw my name. Imagine her surprise!

The question is so perfect. It’s exactly what many brides struggle with: What do you do instead of having dried flowers, and dead energy hanging around in the house? Love love love it! 🙂 It can also be a cause for concern for brides who have destination weddings and are not allowed to bring back their flowers through customs. How do they keep it, without really keeping it? Pick me! Pick me! I know the answer – have me paint it of course! 🙂
Being mentioned in the top wedding magazine was a goal of mine actually. Since I’ve done PR for major corporations for the last 10 years, I know how hard it can be to get there, so I gave myself a 30 year plan. Unbeknownst to me, it seemed to have already been in the works. Life is good.
