Only a week to go! This will be the third Art Auction and it’s a popular event. The first painting will be listed next Monday, on May 13 at 8:30 AM EST here on the blog. Then between Noon and 2 PM EST I will list it on Ebay and the actual bidding will starts. You have a chance to bid on the paintings for 6 days from they were listed.

As a refresher, this art auction is based on a phenomena called “painting a day” where artists start, finish and list their painting within the same day.  Since I have a day-job, I’ve modified this a little and I’ve finished 10 paintings over the last few months instead, spending about 4-5 hours on each. It’s been hard keeping them all a secret but that’s the fun with the art auction – each painting is a surprise!

The bidding starts low, from $24 to $42. That way everyone has a chance to win one. I will share what they would normally sell for as well. The sizes are 8×10, 10×10 and 12×12 and will ship with USPS Priority Mail or US Priority International Mail depending on your location as soon as the bidding ends.
