Jaime’s Bridal Bouquet

Jaime’s Bridal Bouquet is an original acrylic painting commissioned as a wedding keepsake ahead of my client’s 5 year anniversary. I had previously worked with Jaime on capturing her beautiful cat, Macbeth.
My client wanted to hang this painting in the dining room and we worked together to make sure the background color worked with the theme, however, once she received it, she loved it so much she put it in their eat-in kitchen to enjoy it every day.
“Every day when I look at it, it takes me back to one of the happiest days of my life. I always dreamed of walking down the aisle with a huge bouquet of blood red roses. I adored my bridal bouquet and long searched for special way to memorialize it. I commissioned Erica for our fifth anniversary. My painting surpassed all expectations. Erica captured my bouquet down to every last petal and matched the brilliant red I remembered. She even incorporated my wedding colors when we chose the background.”
